Prayer to St. Anne To Obtain Some Special Favor
Glorious St. Anne, filled with compassion for those who invoke you and with love for those who suffer, heavily laden with the weight of my troubles, I cast myself at your feet and humbly beg of you to take the present affair which I recommend to you under your special protection.
Vouchsafe to recommend it to your daughter, the Blessed Virgin Mary, and lay it before the throne of Jesus, so that He may bring it to a happy issue.
Cease not to intercede for me until my request is granted. (Here ask for favor you wish to obtain).
Above all, obtain for me the grace of one day beholding my God face to face, and with You and Mary and all the saints, praising and blessing Him through all eternity. Amen.
Good St. Anne, mother of her who is our life, our sweetness and our hope, pray to her for us and obtain our request. (Three times).

Unfailing Prayer to
St. Anthony
O Holy St. Anthony, gentlest of Saints, your love for God and Charity for His creatures, made you worthy, when on earth, to possess miraculous powers. Miracles waited on your word, which you were ever ready to speak for those in trouble or anxiety.
Encouraged by this thought, I implore of you to obtain for me (request).
The answer to my prayer may require a miracle, even so, you are the Saint of Miracles.
O gentle and loving St. Anthony, whose heart was ever full of human sympathy, whisper my petition into the ears of the Sweet Infant Jesus, who loved to be folded in your arms; and the gratitude of my heart will ever be yours.

Prayer to St. Anthony

Prayer to
Saint Augustine
Beloved Saint of our age,
you were at first wholly human-centered and attached to false teachings.
Finally converted through God’s grace, you became a praying theologian God-centered, God-loving, and God-preaching, Help theologians in their study of revealed truth. Let them always follow the Church Magisterium as they strive to communicate traditional teachings in a new form that will appeal
to our contemporaries. Amen.

St. Barbara Virgin and Martyr December 4th
St. Barbara, dedicated to Christ, suffered martyrdom in 235 or 238. The place of her death is uncertain. Her legendary Acts state that she was the daughter of Dioscorus, a rich heathen. Upon professing the Faith, she was martyred together with St. Juliana.
Prayer
Father in heaven, who among the other miracles of Your power, have given to men and women of holy faith the victory of martyrdom, grant, we beseech You, that we, who are celebrating the birthday to life eternal of Saint Barbara, your virgin and martyr, may, through her intercession, one day receive the reward of eternal life in your heavenly kingdom. Amen

Prayer to Saint Bartholomew the Apostle
O Glorious Saint Bartholomew, Jesus called you a person without guile and you saw in this word a sign that he
was the Son of God
and King of Israel.
Obtain for us the grace
to be ever guileless
and innocent as doves.
At the same time,
help us to have your gift of faith to see the Divine hand
in the events of daily life.
May we discern the signs
of the times that lead to Jesus
on earth and will eventually unite us to him forever in heaven. Amen.

Prayer to St. Benedict
Dear St. Benedict, you are a “blessing” indeed, as your name indicates. Practicing what you preached, you founded the monastic tradition of the West by joining prayer to labor for God - both liturgical and private prayer. Help all religious to follow their Rule and be true to their vocation. May they labor and pray for the world to the greater glory of God.
God our Father, You made St. Benedict an outstanding guide to teach men how to live in Your service, Grant that by preferring Your love to everything else, we may walk in the way of Your commandments.
We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Prayer to Saint
Bernadette
St. Bernadette,
pure and simple child,
you who were privileged to behold the beauty of
Mary Immaculate and to be the recipient of her confidence eighteen
times at Lourdes;
you who did desire from then on to hide yourself in the cloister of Nevers and there live and die as a victim of sinners, obtain for us that spirit of purity, simplicity and mortification, which will lead us also
to the glorious vision of God and of Mary in Heaven. Amen.

Prayer to Saint Blaise
O glorious Saint Blaise, who by thy martyrdom didst leave to the Church a precious witness to the faith, obtain for us the grace to preserve within ourselves this divine gift, and to defend, without human respect, both by word and example, the truth of that same faith, which is so wickedly attacked and slandered in these our times. Thou who didst miraculously restore a little child when it was at the point of death by reason of an affliction of the throat, grant us thy mighty protection in like misfortunes; and, above all, obtain for us the grace of Christian mortification together with a faithful observance of the precepts of the Church, which may keep us from offending Almighty God. Amen.

Prayer to Saint Brendan
(Patron of Mariners) Dear Saint,
to mention your name
is to recall much travelling. It was in relation to voyages that you emerged
as a popular Saint.
The Irish became great travelers thus spreading their faith everywhere. Protect not only mariners but also all those who go out to the sea in ships. Amen.

Prayer to Saint Camillus of Lellis
Most wonderful Saint,
your compassion for the sick and the dying led you
to found the Servants of the Sick. As the Patron of nurses
and hospital workers, infuse in them
your compassionate spirit. Make hospitals resemble
the inn in Christ’s Parable
to which the Good Samaritan brought the wounded man saying: “Take care of him
and I will repay you for it.” Amen.

Prayer to St. Catherine of Alexandria
Glorious St. Catherine, virgin and martyr, help me to imitate your love of purity.
Give me strength and courage in fighting off the temptations of the world and evil desires. Help me to love God with my whole heart and serve Him faithfully.
O St. Catherine, through your glorious martyrdom for the love of Christ, help me to be loyal to my faith and my God as long as I live. Amen

Prayer to
St. Catherine Labourè
Whenever I go to the chapel,
I put myself in the presence
of our good Lord, and I say to Him, “Lord, I am here. Tell me what
you would have me to do.”
If He gives me some task,
I am content and I thank Him.
If He gives me nothing,
I still thank Him since I do not deserve to receive anything more than that. And then, I tell God everything that is in my heart.
I tell Him about my pains and my joys, and then I listen.
If you listen, God will also speak to you, for with the good Lord,
you have to both speak and listen. God always speaks to you
when you approach Him plainly and simply.

     Prayer to
St. Cecilia
O God,
Who dost gladden us with the annual feast of blessed Cecilia,
Thy virgin and martyr, grant that, as we venerate her in our liturgy,
we may also follow
her example in godly living. Through our Lord.

Prayer for graces through
St. Charbel Intercession
O God, who are glorified in your saints, and who inspired the monk and bermit Charbel to follow Jesus heroically in poverty; chastity; and obedience: we beg you the grace to love and serve you as he did. And as you have already shown the power of his intercession by many miracles and favors, graciously grant us the favor that we ask, if it be your will. Amen.
Saint Charbel was born on May 8, 1828 from a modest Maronite family in Bekaa Kafra, a village in North Lebanon. He entered the order of Lebanese monks in 1851 and was ordained a priest in 1859. Later he withdrew to hermitage of Saints Peter and Paul to spend 23 years in prayer, fasting, manual labro, and penance, until on Christmas eve of the year 1898 he piously gave back his soul to God. Aged 70 years. After his death, many graces and bodily cures have been obtained through his intercession. He was canonized by His Holiness Paul VI 1977.

Prayer to
St. Charles Borromeo
O Saintly reformer, animator of spiritual renewal of priests and religious, you organized true seminaries and wrote a standard catechism. Inspire all religious teachers and authors of catechetical books. Move them to love
and transmit only
that which can form
true followers of the Teacher who was divine.
Amen.

Prayer to
Saint Clare
God of Mercy, you inspired Saint Clare with the love of poverty. By the help of her prayers may we follow Christ in poverty of Spirit and come to the joyful vision of your Glory in the Kingdom of Heaven. We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one god, forever and ever. Amen.

Prayer to Saints Cosmas and Damian, Physicians and Martyrs
O Physicians of souls,
Saints Cosmas and Damian,
stand before the Lord of All and ask Him to heal me and all those dear to me
of any spiritual ills we may endure. Drive away from us all sin and sadness of mind, all darkness and despair. Make us then willing
and loving servants of Christ, following your holy example
of detachment from the things
of this world and care
for the needs of our neighbors.
On the glorious day of the Universal Resurrection may we shine with you in the full health of our nature restored by the mercies of Jesus who lives and reigns forever and ever. Amen.
